SHIPPING
Local Orders
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from order. Once the order is complete your item will reach you within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free for all local deliveries over R600.00. Please include a contact number when ordering. We cannot accept PO Box addresses.
International Orders
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from order date. Once the order is complete your item will reach you within 7-14 business days depending on your location. International shipping is a standard rate of R300.00 per delivery and is sent via registered mail. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country.
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

We would like to make your online shopping experience an easy and simple process. If for any reason you would like to exchange or return your product we will be happy to help.
To request exchanges or returns please email pam@pameladeansundas.com within 14 days of the date you received your purchase and we will arrange for a courier to contact you with collection details for the item/s. When we receive the delivery, your replacement will be sent or a refund given.
Please ensure returned items are unworn and in good condition, with tags attached and returned with the provided packaging.
